You are responsible for your own hotel/transportation arrangements and costs. Please use the PM block of rooms.
Refund Policy – There are no pass refunds. For a $50 fee, passes can be transferred to another person as long as the request is made at least 30 days prior to the event. After that time, there are no transfers or refunds.
We will be filming and photographing at Podcast Movement (as will many of your fellow attendees). Your image may be captured and used at a later time to promote future conferences. Podcast Movement, LLC retains the rights to those images.
The conference schedule and speakers lineup is subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given for these changes.
Please wear your badge to all conference activities. No badge means no access to any sessions or activities.
